Returns and errors from takealot.com have cost me cost to R4000

Hi . I have used takealot.com for some time now and recently they have become a really frustrating company to deal with. I had two orders come to me incorrectly. I ordee a dual 8 inch speaker and the gave me a dual 4 inch speaker i logged a return in 20mins of receiving it and then 2 days later my 2nd order came in with an empty box. This was all around the 24th of this month. Takealot.com says they didnt receive the speaker for some reason and have yet to give me proper feedback. There consultants are very understanding and try to assist me but its been two weeks and i still dont have my items or a refund . I need someone to contact me as well as listen too all the calls i have made ***
