Returns and customer service

The returns are such a problem they will cancel your return on a 15k frige and just conclude the return bc of the boks not being there and when you call they just say i can esculate it to my manager 1 month later they still have the brocken frige along with your money they dont care about helping you and if you just get worked up about the situation they hang up the phone
