Returns Agents go into business for themselves.Takealot are abusing terms of service to avoid logic. Got ****** for 1100 rand

I ordered an item that I opened after the 30 day money back window, agents claim it used because it was opened. Obviously it must be opened to know if it works or not and they rejected my return. Then up to now have not sent the item back and have not rep**** to my email prompting for an update. They dragged out of the 30 day return window and will now "dispose" it when they are to return it to me.
