Returns a problem

Takealot.com is a very easy online company to buy from, but...

Try and return something your opinion about the company will change. Their customer service department stall and delay by not responding to emails. I have dropped the package off at a branch a week ago and still the system straights collection scheduled. Speaking to 3 customer service agents via email and telephone I was told the package is still on route to the Joburg warehouse and I will only possibly get a refund 3 to 5 working days after it arriving there. All the agents keep telling you they understand your frustration, but they there's no sincerity when they do say it. I can understand why the company's trust pilot score is so low. Make sure you don't want to return something before you buy.
