Returns

I received a faulty TV box. I requested for return sameday, guy comes and picks it up with all the accessories. A week later, get a message saying all the accessories are missing. I tell them that ive given everything back, to the person that came to collect. Another week has passed, still no feedback or refund, after emailing couple of times.
