I’m very disappointed on Takealot after so many years iv been a loyal customer I supported the business always. Now I bought a painting spray gun and it wasn’t working I then parked it back to its box and one of their collectors came and collect in the box there was a small pin and I remember very well when I park it together with the machine. To my surprise after few days was told the pin it’s not on the box and thy returning it to me. I did explain that when the driver fetch the box to my house it was not sealed clearly the driver my have handled the box upside down and loose the pin. But thy didn’t take my word as a costumer. It’s clear that I’m not trusted or maybe because I’m black and the driver was Indian I don’t know. Thy didn’t even try find it from the driver all thy think is that I took it. Now I lost my money and thy keep sending this machine to me I reject it because thy know very well that it doesn’t work and thy don’t want to loose.

I’m very disappointed and I regret trusting takealot for so many years. I will warn people about this. Thy can keep my money and that broken machine.
