Return/Repair Update

I returned a problematic phone on the 20th (MRRN-P5DG9-6OY8)/. I have followed up twice, but no one is saying anything to me. I Just need to know what is been done with the phone, and honestly it should not take a rocket scientist just to tell that simple information. Takealot has always been quick/efficient on responding and not sure what is happening. I just need an update nothing much.
