Returning nightmare!

Don't get me wrong, I love shopping with Takealot. However the returns department is a joke. I bought a keyboard for my son as a gift for Christmas. The product I received was not the same as displayed and it did not come with a mouse. I loged a return and stated my 'prefer outcome' as swop/return item. The lady said that the item is still in stock and that rhey will send me the correct one. Now they have refunded me, meaning I must pay for courier again. When trying to phone them to ask what now I cant get through at all. I have phone 8 times, holding on for more than 10min at a time and no one is helping me. Im so frustrated I can scream. If I try to reorder the delivery date is only on the 30th.
