Return/Exchange Experience

I recently had an experience with Takealot where I needed to return a product that was not functioning according to specification and what was advertised. The process was very seamless, quick turnaround times and efficient communication each step of the process. I actually got my refund within a couple of days of completing the process and not the 7 working days that was stipulated in their policy. I had a very good experience, I was not given any hassles.
