Returned unwanted item, no refind after returning

Hi, I logged an return package the 6th Dec... says within 2-3 working days I will be contacted after it was returned the 7th by tskealot courier who came to fetch it... No response since then track status just says collection return scheduled... Still waiting for my call... Bad service. Costed me my vacation as I needed that money otherwise I would have soldthe it online. If I knew it would have taken so long and not the bull **** they tell you within 4-5 days youll be paid back.
