Returned purchase but still not credited after a month and 2 weeks

I am extremely dissapointed with the bad customer service with regards to a return which has still not been resolved After A month and 2 weeks After numerous follow ups everything on my side has been completed and yet no response as to return being credited back into my account Ive spen t over R300 just on airti me only get no answers and many trips travelling to their nearest Takealot office hence Ive had ro take this step on social platform which is unacceptable. I am a good customer which will no longer be using their service's very unsatisfying
