Returned products missing without refunding me and no feedback

I have returned 3 of the same products, but have only been refunded for 1. The other 2 are now missing. At first there was a response from Takealot helpdesk, but now I do not receive any feedback. Whoever is behind the return either stole the products or my money. It is unacceptable
