Returned product and no refund or feedback from takealot

Bought a expencive smart watch from takealot, they send me a wrong one, cheap piece of ****. I retured it, 9 days and still no refund or response from takealot. Keep on mailing and phoning them and everyone have the same excuse, "will escalte the matter". Still no feedback from them. I was always happy with their service, but don't think I will buy from them again.
