Returned Product

I returned a TV on the 7th March, on the 17th March at 16:35, they picked up the accessories. Now they keep calling me to say they will pick up the accessories but they already picked it up last week. So have they lost it ? No one is answering my email and when you call the call center they keep saying they will resolve it ??
