Returned order refunded then re-debited from my account

Last week I returned order, (#***3). Days later it appears on my account as "Vouch Takealot online...." but then also another payment of the same amount appeared "Takealo*T Cape Town za" was put through.

Reported this on Twitter and was told that no payment was received by finance and that I had to enquire with my bank, which I have done... awaiting feedback...

However it clearly seems Taakelot put it through, why would my bank do it, are you dom!?
