Returned Laptop Delivery

I bought a laptop in March 2020 which was delivered on the same month, unfortunately it had technical errors then I returned it twice. As of today, 27 July 2020, I have not receive my laptop since Takealot took it for fixing. I have been promised and assured deliveries which never happened. This delay has negatively affected me as I have to work from home and without a laptop the work cannot be done. Takealot has been blaming the courier for not delivering my laptop.
