Returned Item still not processed in 3 weeks

I logged a return order on 21 October 2023 and to date it has not been resolved. I have been dealing with multiple agents and when I request for my incident to be escalated to a manager, the agents just email you that they will do so but nothing is actioned. The service is appalling and honestly I for one cannot wait for Amazon to be launched in South Africa
