Returned Item. NO refund.

I ordered an item that was delivered on the 8th of February. I ordered a tweazer and takealot delivered the incorrect item. A return was placed, which was difficult and the item was collected on the 20th February.

I have been inquiring about this return and no one seems to know anything about it. I have not received my funds back nor have a I received the actual item (which I no longer want).

I spoke to a lady named Sisipho, she has been escalating the issue for ages and I have not received any response, nor is she responding to my emails.

Takealot are ******, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
