Returned faulty pots and a month later still waiting feedback

I purchased a set of pots from Takealot. I sent it back because the handles got extremely hot. After 3 weeks later Takealot said the vendor does not want to replace the pots. I asked for my pots back. Its been over a month and two weeks and I am still waiting for my pots to be delivered. I do not have any other pots for just think how difficult it must be in a household that does not have pots for over a month. I ask Raihanna Boonzaaier and Mikhail Sissing from Takealot to raise the issue with their manager and they have not.
