Returned Declined Without Notification or Reason

On 04/03/21 I have requested a return/replacement of a Wireless KeyboardReference: RRN-f6e3-a5dc as the charging point on the keyboard just broke off after a short period of owning the device. On 06/03/21 I was informed that the charger was missing. I apologized and the charger was collected as I forgot to include it when the person collecting it arrived at my door unexpectedly. On 11/03/21 it was received at their warehouse and declined without notifying me or giving any reason for the decline. As if they just wanted the charger to fix and resell the product. I thought that they were fast and efficient in collecting the return and confirming eligibility and requesting the missing accessory. Just to find out that they are actually selling substandard products that they are fixing and resselling. Buyers Beware. Never will I buy from them again.
