Returned Declined-Unacceptedable

Product details: MRRN-GVQND-BBZ9 Bright and Shine Wood Floor Polish

I had a return done on the 1st April 2024, item was collected on the 2nd of April 2024,

On my returning the item I explained the item was opened and used, but the product did not do what it was suppossed to be doing, I purchased the product as per the good reviews on the product.

I followed the steps on how to use the product as per instructions on the product page as below: Directions Make sure the floor is clean and dry. - Pour the product directly on the area to be treated for an intense shine, or dilute in a bucket with of water to maintain the desired shine. - Spread the product smoothly and evenly with the help of a mop or waxing sponge. Let dry before stepping on. Long-lasting self-shining formula. Nourishes the wood, preventing dryness and renewing the colour. Quickly dry and is non-slip.

I tried a small piece on the floor, twice and the product was not doing anything to the floor, just dry as per normal.

Return outcome was declined as I opened the product. I needed to opened the product to know if its going to work or not.
