Returned call disappeared from the website

I bought a Maganetic Wireless USB Charger, I noticed that i will not work for me. The same day that was delivered i log a returned call. When i look to track the collection date it disappeared. The last time I log a call on the website it was on the 14 July 2026. I see it still not there. I took a pic for evidence. How do i return the product?
