Returned AGAIN with the wrong parcel

Takealot is useless!!!

I have returned my parcel and received back the exact same parcel that was wrong ..

While the staff in my towns depo where very friendly and trying there best to help and assist. Your staff is amazing but your COMPANY is ***. I'm very disappointed as this was for a function. Won't use you any time soon.
