Return with lots of delay that is pathetic

I sent a faulty product back that is not 6 months old and now they tel me they cant exchange it if they do not have the nozzle for the vacuum this is absolutely crazy i want this matter to be-resolved asap there return policy state 10 days it been almost a month and seems they coming up with excuses for not refunding or replacing the product
