Return they been promising to collect for past 3 d

Bought a TV from takealot and it's not what I wanted so I wanted a refund and logged a ref so they can come collect . Today is the 3rd day I am sitting at home waiting for them to come collect . They said 25th then 29th then 30th . Takealot is a bad company . Thet don't value their clients . I waste 3 whole days waiting for them . Disappointing service. If yyou don't want stress and drama stay away from takealot. I will never advice anyone to buy from them . I sent some many emails and called but no one can help . I want them to collect their TV abx give me my money . I don't want anything to do with them . Bad service . 3 days waiting for collection and nobody come .
