Return the money to the payer's bank account

I'm not happy with Take a lot service, I had place an order for an item that was advertised and paid for it. Only to be informed days later that the item I've ordered, the supplier no longer got it on stock. My complaint is that Take a lot is now crediting my Take a lot account instead of crediting back to my bank account since they no longer have the item I have ordered.
