Return that was never collected

I logged a return request for Bluetooth headphones that I received LATE that were not in working order and since Monday, the 18th of October, I have been waiting for someone to pick up the headphones. No one pitched on the Monday that it was arranged to be collected. On Tuesday I get and email that they tried to call me for arrangements to be made, we made alternate arrangements which were also not kept to. It has been a lengthy back and forth which is irritating. I work and cannot be on standby waiting for the phone to ring to make yet another arrangement that will not be kept to, in addition to that whenever I answer calls from *** the call gets cut... This is not professional. I want a refund, I don't want the headsets to be replaced anymore. I just want my money back.
