Return Service Delivery is a joke!

It's now a month after I sent a device in (still in warranty), supplier has replaced the device and Takealot have said it will be delivered to you. On the 24th of November it was dispatched with DPD Laser Couriers apparently and to date no one has any details of where my parcel is. 12 Takealot customer service agents later everyone has the same copy and paste message. Your service is unacceptable and lies and promises are a joke!
