Return RRN-054a-63fa

as per takealot, a return take 6 days to complete. I logged my return and dropped of my damaged TV on the 9th September. It has been 20 days and I have already logged this query with them internally and their response is as terrible as is their handling of my return, this will surely be the last I buy anything from them.
