Return Request frustration.

I ordered a specific model Mini UPS, but was sent a different ( known problematic) model. In my Return Request I gave a detailed description of what has caused TakeAlot to supply incorrectly. ( Incorrect Bar-code label on packaging of unit). Through no fault of my own, 2 Return Request were generated, but a quick call to TakeAlot with a confirmation e-mail from them had the 2nd request cancelled. Then SMS's and e-mails were received stating that the second unit had not been received - this took a while to resolve. Today - 10-Apr - I received the replacement unit, and it is again not the model Mini UPS that I ordered, but again the same model as first delivered. I have generated another Return Request and requested a credit - I am not going to try and explain the problem to TakeAlot again.
