Good day

Monday the 09th October product (Anton Fabi Men's Campin Lace Up Shoe - Black & Beige) was received by myself . It was open at home with my husband (monday) , however the packaging was damage and the shoe had a faded blue on the shoe. I then requested to return the product the next day . The shoe has been in my office (taped up under my desk ) for the courier to collect it . It was collect Wednesday the 11 October. Only to receive the following reply . (Please see below) . I would like to know where has my husband had the time to wear this shoe and damage it . I want a senior specialist to respond to me as soon as possible .I will not end here . This will be taken further .
