Return, repairs and replacement process sucks!!!

27 Feb 2022 I purchased an CCTV system on Takelot (Order #***). Later the product was delivered and I installed the cameras. However the DVR seems to be faulty. I return the item and after 5 weeks the item was delivered to me, same problem exists. When I contacted the supplier, they confirmed that the item was never returned to them for repairs/replacement. This is unacceptable, I cannot make use of this system I paid for.
