Return rejected with no explanation

Logged a return in march . But Takealot only collected in May. Beginning of June package was returned to and when I tracked the return it turns out it was rejected by the warehouse. There was no explanation as to why it was rejected. Tried making contact with them via email and they are just not responding.

The item that was returned is still giving me issues. Takealot is just a .......... Nxa !
