URGENT: Defective Pot Set & Melting Utensils – Refund or Replacement Request Order ***

Hi Takealot Team,

I’m very disappointed with how my return was handled. I bought a pot set from Takealot earlier this year, and not long after using it, the pots started rusting inside, the black coating turned silver, and the water I cooked in came out brown even after washing.

The utensils that came with the set even started melting while I was making fries, which shows the product is unsafe and poor quality.

I was shocked to receive my pots back with a message saying “user damage” when I clearly took good care of them. Rusting and melting are product defects, not customer damage. I feel unfairly treated as this is a genuine quality issue.

I would appreciate it if this could be re-evaluated, and that I either get a refund or replacement.

Please look into this matter urgently.
