RETURN REFUSED

I am not happy with the way take a lot handled my return, in 2022 July I brought a Hi sense E60 lite phone with a two year warranty. When I tried to return the phone after giving me problems, they refused the return simple because I didn't return accessories of which I explained that those accessories became disfunctional very early even before the phone started giving issues. They refused and returned the dysfunctional phone to me, even now the warranty hasn't expired.

I urge everyone reading this review to NEVER EVER buy a cellphone from take a lot. I will make sure no one I know ever buy a phone from them. M now sitting with a dead phone still under warranty 😡😡😡😡😡
