Return product to be collected

Long waiting time for a response from a consultant, everyone keeps telling me they going to escalate the matter as I'm waiting since 7 December and today is the 13th December. I had 3 incorrect vehicles attempt to collect my return and today I got email stating that the driver went to the wrong address and my return collection has been delayed once again. Bad bad bad service sadly. I have never been this disappointed with takelot. Currently still sitting with the return product at my house. I have even made arrangements to have it dropped at a pick up point but I couldn't be assisted there as well. Ridiculous
