I order a mirror on Takealot. When I received the mirror it looked smaller that on the picture and the stand was not stable. I sent the mirror back to Takealot.They came to fetch it. They refused to accept my return and said that they will send me the mirror back (it was the same way I received it when I sent it back) . I never received my mirror back or got refunded. It has been a month now . When I call them asking about my mirror they tell me that the mirror got broken in transit on the way back to me . The agents that I spoke to tell me that nobody wants to take accountability for the broken mirror so I’m not going to get it back or get a refund.
