Return process the worst - Cordless machinery with no battery or charger attached -

Takealot sent me my item with no battery or charger for the item. I sent it back to them only for it to return to me. I never used the item as there was no battery and charger attached. please resolve your internal issues as I do not think the customer must suffer due to internal issues within the business.
