Return policy suck

I ordered a table and 4 chairs. They delivered a table. After assembling the table, the box was thrown out. Now Takealot expects me to buy bubble wrap to return the table so that they can send me a table and 4 chairs. I did not make the mistake, why must I spend money on packaging. Can't I get my 4 chairs? This will make everyone happy
