Return Policy Shmeturn Policy
I have been waiting for a refund since the 2nd of August for a faulty product which was returned on the same day. The email assistance was futile and so were my Facebook attempts which regurgitated AI like answers that did not sit well with me, customer service should never be with bots, it defeats the purpose. I am 4 hours away from mailing my good friend the ombudsman should I not receive my money back.

21 Aug 2022, 22:57Despite jumping hurdles with Comms since this post, the refund was processed at 20:40pm today, you know on a Sunday night eventhough the online consultant attested to the refund being done in writing on the 19th. Surely this stands as grounds for legal repercussions as false representation
