Return policy nightmare

The return policy of takealot is terrible. I ordered a phone off takealot, alot of money spent. The phone arrived after 2 days, once received i tried setting up the phone but its defective and wont charge. A return is logged, next morning takealot collects the phone. Here is where the irritation starts. It takes 3 days to return it to the warehouse, then a team will evaluate your return, only then will they let you know the next steps. When you call to get answers you get told to email them, send and email and again wait 3 to 5 business days for a response.
