Return policy fails

<p>I bought a Medoodi Milan ABS 3 Piece Luggage Set from takealot for our overseas trip to New Zealand. When we arrived one of the two cases we took had a wheel missing and had a crack in the corner. I know these cases are thrown around a lot by luggage handlers but I expect them to last more than one journey. The other case with opening and closing, the internal material zip pulled away from the seam making it difficult to close. To top it all the lock broke so we had to use padlocks to secure one of the cases. </p> <p>When we returned the cases to Takealot.com, either for repair or replacment we were told after 4 weeks of waiting that the manufacturer rejected the claim so Takealot just sent them back to us. Guess what Takelot.com don't sell the cases anymore, I wonder why? I wish I got them from Makro now, a much better return policy.</p>
