Return Policy a ****.

I have purchased a GetUp exercise stepper from Takealot. I took it out of the box and within 20mins of use it broke. When I tried returning it to Takealot they let know that it was against their return policy to refund me. GetUp is Takealot's own brand so there is nothing I can do now. When I tried leaving a review on their website they rejected my review and did not post it.

I am very disappointed because I am loosing R580 for something I can not use. This will be the last time I will be shopping at Takealot and will never recommend them to anyone for anything. They running a **** with their return policy.
