Return packes gone missing

Sent back two batteries for a return to takealot. the one battery has since gone missing even though the packages were clearly marked. The collection driver even marked the box 1of 1 and box 2of 2. Takealot staff really unhelpful and does not care to resolve the issue or doesn't care to respond to emails. tge return was clearly logged for 2 items. takelot service is extremely poort
