Return of product due to false advertising (easy assembly) and poor quality product with no effort to refund product.

First of all when the product was delivered, the delivery person even commented “ Good luck with the assembly”.

Secondly, I had professional shopfitters in my shop on day of delivery and none of them could figure out how to assemble the cupboard while following the instructions.

Thirdly, upon trying to assemble the cupboard the board cracked.

Lastly, they could not even manage to disassemble the cupboard to repack in box and this was explained to person collecting it and he took it as is.

I am very disappointed that Takealot will not consider a refund as this is clearly false advertising and poor quality for R2319 which I have nothing to show for!
