Return of item

I would like to log a formal complaint against takealot and will continue to complain on every platform I can about the return service. I logged a return for a tv I bought and I did not open this tv and I have video footage of the tv leaving my place and pictures to prove and whatsapp confirmation from the delivery guy that the seal was not broken and takealot will not provide me with their confirmation pictures when they collected the item but is rejecting my return saying the seal was broken and the tv was used and this is untrue and I can prove it. They are not giving me the consumer a fair evaluation. They don't want to accept an open item but they expect me to accept the item back after it was opened after it left my possession. I have provided the pictures and they won't afford me the same. I will continue to make noise about this until they resolve this matter with me. People be careful when you log returns of big purchases if anything goes wrong they hold you accountable
