Return of goods not refunded or credited!!!

My order from 24 July 2026 has been canceled by the driver after 2nd attempt of delivery(MRRN-8JBZE-KYKG), the return was concluded however my account has not been credited neither have I been refunded to my bank account. It's 22 August 2026 already. Emails and bot queries has not been helpful at all! When an I expect my refund please?
