Return of bed in a box/ poor service

As I purchase a bed in a box at takealot and have return it to them 21days ago as I'm still waiting on the return of my mattress and have been sleeping on the floor since then. It's 22 days today and ended up in hospital as I was told it will only take 2 - 3 days for my return. This is poor service that was rended to me and would like to inform takealot that I will be taking them to small claims court for the inconvenience they have caused.
