Return not reimbursed for DAMAGED goods sent back

On the 15 April I notified Takealot to collect damaged items. 2 x Cooki Strawberry Shortcake Cartridge Wax 100ml - 6 Pack Return Reason: Product delivered in a poor or damaged condition Return Sub Reason: Product and delivery box damaged Preferred Outcome: Credit my account. Product was collected from me and then the SAME DAMAGED ITEMS AND BOX was again delivered to me as this was considered "a non- returnable items". BUT THE ITEMS WERE LEAKING WAX IN THE BOX AND COMPLETELY DAMAGED!! This service is unacceptable and TAkealot is no longer replying to my emails with regard to this problem

Status on my account is now showing "Concluded" which it is not. I await my credit to my account R374
