Return not refunded at selling price

I bought a fitness watch from take a lot at R899.00. I tracked it all the way from China, and was so excited to use it when it arrived. Low and behold, it was a **** Apple remake that did not perform at all.

No problem says take a lot, give it back and we will refund you.

On 28-12-2020 my order tracking form says" Return Concluded, Account credited But I was refunded R225.00 while I paid R899.00, and when I asked them to please explain, they ignored me.

I do not think this is fair. I would have liked to use the refund to buy another smart watch with better specs. I feel de*****ed.
